The exercise bike provides quiet operation ensured by an 8kg ‎(‎17.6lbs‎)‎ flywheel and a wide choice of 32 resistance levels to make your workouts more versatile and challenging‎.‎ The AM‎-E is equipped with a console incorporating a blue LCD display that informs you about crucial statistics of your workout such as time‎,‎ speed‎,‎ distance‎,‎ calories‎,‎ pulse‎,‎ recovery and RPM‎.‎ The computer also enables you to choose among manual and 12 pre‎-set programs as well as a user mode‎,‎ a target HR mode and a Watt mode‎.‎ Heart rate measurement with the bike can be easily achieved via pulse grip sensors or a wireless receiver with a chest strap ‎(‎not included‎)‎‎.

The bike comes with a blue LCD console that displays your workout feedback live including your RPM‎,‎ speed‎,‎ Watts‎,‎ pulse‎,‎ recovery‎,‎ time and distance‎.‎ The 12 pre‎-programmed workouts are shown and selectable on the console under the screen‎,‎ and below them are the controls‎.‎ There are start/stop‎,‎ reset‎,‎ total reset‎,‎ recovery‎,‎ mode‎,‎ up and down buttons for making selections‎.‎

To raise your heart rate and get you working hard there are 12 pre‎-set workouts and manual‎,‎ Watt‎,‎ user programmes and a target HR one that changes the resistance as you ride so that your heart rate stays within the range you set‎.‎ This gives you plenty of choice and keeps your sessions interesting and motivating‎.‎ To vary the intensity at which you cycle‎,‎ the bike offers 32 levels of computer‎-controlled magnetic resistance which are sure to keep you challenged‎.‎
